POLICY PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING Late/ Reschedule/Cancellation/No Show Policy •If you need to cancel or reschedule, you may do so from your appointment confirmation email, 12 hours prior to your appointment. Click the appropriate button on your appointment confirmation and complete the required information. If you need assistance you may text me from your appointment confirmation. Failure to do so May result in an extra fee. •If you are running late, please text the number in your confirmation correspondence. There is 15 minute grace period. After that a $15 late fee will be added to your total. After 30 minutes the appointment will be canceled. •If you no call, no show there will be a $30 no call no show fee charged to your card. Deposit • You are required to pay a non-refundable deposit to book. Refund Policy •All sales are FINAL on services. •If you are feeling unsatisfied with the styling process, please speak up before we're half way complete. You may ask to see the work during the process, for comfort. •In the event you don't like your style during the process the appointment may need to be rescheduled, to not interfere with appointments proceeding yours. So again, please communicate. •Once you leave from Hello Gorgeous Salon you're agreeing your style is to your satisfaction. Once you leave there are NO REFUNDS! No exceptions! •If braids slip out or style becomes loose within 48 hours after install, please contact me by dm or messages to set up a time to come in to get it fixed free of charge. Additional Information •I DO NOT DO KIDS. Only ages 12+ •I DO NOT PROVIDE HAIR •No style switching the day of your appointment. If you choose to change your style, please notify by text or reply to your appointment confirmation text/email 12 hours prior to your appointment, in case we have to reschedule for another day. •I prefer EZBraid pre stretched braiding hair. Preferred Payment I accept payment through card, cash app, Zelle, Apple Pay or cash BRAIDING CLIENTS •Any braiding style longer than the hip will be an extra fee added to your total. •For Braiding clients please come with your hair washed and blow dried. If you do not do so additional fees may be added. •If you are unsure about how many packs of to hair to get please message me and ask! •I do NOT provide braiding hair •For short braiding hair go to “Eli Beauty Supply”Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Slayed By Jayden has a 30% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Slayed By Jayden at 5053011338 as soon as possible to reschedule.
